Dear Valued Guests,

As our communities face the impact of the coronavirus, we want to express our support for everyone facing the uncertainty of this situation and our appreciation for all of our dedicated public servants working diligently to ensure our health and safety. 

Fantastic Sams is closely following the guidance of the CDC, State Health Boards and local public health departments to protect our guests and team members. 

At Fantastic Sams, we strive to provide excellent guest experience in the communities we serve, which includes prioritizing safety and cleanliness in the FS salons. This commitment applies to salon team members and our valued guests who visit our salons across the country. We, and our industry, already maintain a high level of hygiene and we are strongly encouraging our salons to heighten their cleaning and disinfecting procedures to maintain a healthy environment for our guests and team members. Please know that we take the health and safety of our guests and team members very seriously.

We are also encouraging our franchisees to share CDC guidelines with their team members on how to prevent the spread of  COVID -19. 

As the situation evolves, salons may implement additional preventative measures to ensure the wellbeing of our guests and team members, which may include staffing or service modifications. Each local salon owner will communicate necessary changes to their team members.
